Delivery

Built to arrive, not just to sell

A used excavator is only worth its price if it reaches your site in the condition you approved. We prepare, verify, load and document every unit — then follow it through to your port.

What we can deliver

One machine or a fleet, mini to mining class, prepared and loaded to suit the unit and the destination.

Single unit or a fleetOne machine or several in a single booking. Mixed models and sizes can be consolidated where the vessel and the destination allow.
Mini to mining classFrom the one-ton 301 to the ninety-ton 390F. The loading method is chosen per unit, not forced into one size.
Container, flat rack or break-bulkUnits that fit ship in a container; larger machines go on a flat rack or as break-bulk. The cheapest workable method is quoted.
Road delivery to land bordersFor neighbouring markets we also arrange truck delivery to the border crossing, as we have done for overland orders.
Prepared before it movesFluids, attachments and securing are checked before the machine leaves the yard, and loading photos are kept for your file.
Documents that clearInvoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin — plus the destination certification your country requires.

Reliable delivery, step by step

The same four stages on every order, so nothing depends on who happens to be on duty that day.

1Confirm the unitYou approve the actual machine, its condition and its own FOB price in writing before anything moves.
2Prepare and verifyThe unit is prepared and checked; you watch a live video, or send your own inspector to the yard.
3Load and documentWe load at the port and send the loading photos together with the shipping documents for that machine.
4Sail and hand overThe carrier issues the bill of lading; we give your broker the documents for the unit and stay reachable until it clears.
